Parents are followers of Jesus Christ and active attendees of Evangel Church for at least 6 consecutive months.

Both parents must attend Baby Dedication Interview (unless dedicating as a single parent).

Couples must be married in order to participate. Unmarried parents who are living together are asked to work on honoring God with their marriage commitment before making this public declaration to live according to God's Word.
